SHIPPING LOCATION, SERVICE AND RATES

One’s Treasure ships locally and internationally with current coverage to Australia, Canada, China, Japan, Malaysia, New zealand, India, Sounth Korea, Taiwan, UK and USA. All orders made on onestreasure.com are shipped from our office in Singapore. 

We ship out international orders via FedEx International Priority and DHL Express courier delivery. For local delivery, we use a local courier company via SingPost with a real-time online tracking service. One’s Treasure is not responsible for any lost and/or stolen packages.

Shipping and delivery rates are flat rates per order depending on delivery country and are calculated automatically when you checkout.

Once your order is shipped out, an email notification confirming your shipment will be sent to you via a DHL or FedEx shipment tracking number. 

Goods normally will be shipped out within 7-14 business days after an order is made, unless stated otherwise on the product description. For custom made orders or resizing, it will take up to 21 business days for delivery after the date of order. At One’s Treasure, we endeavour to work efficiently and so our craftsman will begin crafting your jewellery piece once your order is confirmed. Hence no cancellation is possible. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for further information on cancellation.

If there should be any delay to your order, our sales team will contact you via email accordingly.

  

CUSTOM AND SALES TAX

Prices shown online are exclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). Orders are dispatched from Singapore.

There may be customs, taxes or import duties that are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. In rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

If you choose to reject the delivery of the order once it has reached the destination country, please do note that an admin charge will be levied on you.

 

LIMITATIONS

Products shipped internationally may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labelling requirements. The customer is responsible for determining that products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country or region.

 

PRIVACY

 International shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Additionally, information about your order, shipment and products contained therein may be communicated to our shippers and the customs authorities as part of the customs clearance process.

  

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At One’s Treasure, we stand by the quality of our products. Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please get in touch with us. We allow a 30-day return policy upon receipt of the order by the customer, subject to the following terms & conditions:

  • Returns shall not be accepted without prior authorisation.
  • The return item will be examined for damage caused by wear and tear and customer negligence. These causes are not eligible for return nor exchange. The item will then first be considered for repairs before any decision is made for an exchange.
  • The jewellery must be in its original shipped condition, including the original product packaging, accessories, documentation and any free gifts. All packaging must be spotless and unblemished in every manner.

 

  • The security tags (if any) must be included with the return item. Security tags are attached to all of the One’s Treasure's jewellery and loose stones. A security tag states the item name and its description. The tag is secured and tempered-proof to each piece of jewellery and loose stones purchased from our online store. If this security tag is removed or damaged, a return or exchange will not be granted.

 

If an item is found to be damaged due to customer negligence, an exchange and return will not be granted. Worn items, as evidenced by micro-scratches, dirt or additional workmanship by other jewellers, will not be accepted for return nor exchange. However, you can still send the damaged items to us for repair as we offer repairs and servicing as outlined in our Repairs and Servicing policy.

 These return and exchange policies do not apply to items that are purchased during special promotions, or if it has been stated that returns and exchanges do not apply in the item details. Custom made items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

 One’s Treasure will not be responsible for customer sizing errors or buyer’s remorse.

 

PLEASE NOTE: 

All return and exchange items are subject to 30% of its cost in restocking fee. An administrative fee and the return shipping costs are also payable by customers.

You may follow the procedures as outlined in our Repairs & Servicing policy if you require the return services. As stated in One’s Treasure's policies, all return items will first be examined and repair will take precedence over an exchange service.

Cancellation

Orders once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled because at One's Treasure; we work efficiently to have your order processed for shipping or for production (for custom made orders). If you still would like to return your purchase, your order is subject to a 30% of its cost in restocking fee.

One’s Treasure reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
